Favourite Fishing Memory: My favourite fishing memory would have to be perch fishing from a boat in Dover back in the summer of 2003. Between my dad and myself, we managed to max out our limits on perch. The perch were there in numbers and size. 50 perch a person with not one measuring less than 9 inches while 4 of them reached 13 inches each in length. It also didn’t hurt that we each maxed out our limits on bass as well. We caught 6 bass each, with the largest one being just shy of 4 pounds. Fishing out in front of Dover over the years has been known to be very hit and miss, we just happened to hit a day that it was dead on. I’ve been out there many times since then with great success, but never again to the magnitude of that summer back in ’03.
